The Jordan Business Council of Dubai & the Northern Emirates was the result of fervent Jordanian entrepreneurs established here in Dubai and their inexorable commitment to a vision of business success through synergy and harmony, the unblemished nature of a classical trait of the ancient Hashemites the settlers on the crossroads of the Middle East.

The committee formed by these early Jordanian business stalwarts paved way for the Jordanian Business Council as they dedicatedly initiated a body to ally ease of trade and business connections with their counterparts from U.A.E. They aimed to create an entity paired with the consulate in Dubai which would enable members enjoy the wealth of information that links Jordan and the emirates not only to alleviate trade but also to open the curtains wide for all to gaze at the praiseworthy culture of the Jordanians.

His majesty, King Abdullah the second during his visit to Dubai in April 2000, was presented this proposal and without any hesitation approved of the efforts with great appreciation for such an initiative. His assurance of support and endorsement birthed the Jordan Business Council.

The success of the council is credited to all its enthusiastic members who have passionately participated in all its functions and continue to do so.
